Brian G. Germaine
Attorney Brian G. Germaine has a general practice of law focusing in the areas of family law, business law, real estate, planning and zoning, estate planning and probate and trust administration. Attorney Germaine represents individuals, and businesses throughout New Hampshire. He practices before the Derry Family Division, Derry District Court, Rockingham County Probate Court, Rockingham County Superior Court, Hillsborough County Superior Court, Hillsborough County Probate Court and New Hampshire Supreme Court. In addition to regular court appearances, Attorney Germaine frequently represents individuals and businesses before local planning boards and zoning boards of adjustment.
Brian is originally from Western Massachusetts. After high school Brian attended the University of Maine at Fort Kent where he obtained his Bachelor’s degree. Prior to enrolling in Law school, Brian was employed as the Sergeant at Arms of the Maine House of Representatives. Brian earned his Juris Doctor Degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center, Concord, New Hampshire. In 1989, Brian began practicing law in Derry New Hampshire. In 1993 Attorney Germaine became a partner of the firm of Korbey and Germaine, P.A. In 1995, Attorney Korbey left the firm to become a full time Judge. The firm was renamed Brian G. Germaine, P.A and Attorney Germaine continues the practice to this day.

Donald L. Blaszka, Jr.
After graduating from law school, Attorney Blaszka works as an associate at Bletzer & Bletzer, P.C. located in Brighton, Massachusetts where he represented clients in real estate transactions, family matters and estate planning.
In 2000, Don joined the Rockingham County Attorney’s Office where he was the prosecutor for Portsmouth Police Department from 2000 – 2003 and later the prosecutor for Salem Police Department from 2003 - 2005. While a prosecutor, Don attended the National Advocacy Center in Columbia, South Carolina completing a Trial Advocacy course. Additionally, Don taught DWI Law, Warrants and Complaints and the Laws of Arrest at New Hampshire Police Standards and Training from 2003 - 2005.
In 2005, Don left the County Attorney’s Office for private practice and joined The Law Firm of Chaz Fisher where he stayed until 2008 focusing in the area of criminal defense. Don currently is an established criminal attorney at Brian G. Germaine, P.A.
Don represents client in a many different criminal cases in New Hampshire. He represents clients arrested for DWI/OUI, motor vehicle matters, drug sales or possession, theft and shoplifting and domestic violence offenses such as violations of protective orders, simple assault and criminal threatening. He also handles fraud cases and accusations of dealings in counterfeit goods.
Don also represents clients accused of serious felonies including homicide, negligent homicide, first degree assault, second degree assault and firearm offenses. Don appears in all of the Superior Courts and district courts in Rockingham County, Hillsborough County, Merrimack County and Strafford County. Don also represents clients in Plymouth District Court, Laconia District Court and Keene District Court. Attorney Blaszka also frequents the Department of Safety Bureau of Hearings representing clients on a variety of motor vehicle matters.
Don was born in New Jersey but was raised in Atkinson, New Hampshire. He attended St. John’s Preparatory School in Danvers, Massachusetts and later attended Lehigh University where he received his Bachelor’s Degree.
In 1999, Don received his Juris Doctor Degree, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School. While in law school, he was a member of the National Trial Team.

Edward D. Bureau
Edward D. Bureau, a partner of Grinnell and Bureau, the oldest established law firm in Derry is now Of Counsel with Attorney Brian Germaine.
Ed obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude from the University of New Hampshire. After graduation, he spent two years in Korea and Japan as an officer in the United States Air Force. Upon discharge from the service, he enrolled and earned an LLB degree from the University of Michigan. Ed began practicing law in Derry, New Hampshire in 1959 with the then Municipal Court Judge George Grinnell and soon became a partner. He continues to practice part time focusing in the areas of real estate, estate planning and probate administration.

Roland E. Morneau, Jr.
Attorney Roland E. Morneau, Jr. is Of Counsel to Brian G. Germaine, P.A. Since his admittance to the New Hampshire Bar in 1972, he has represented lenders, developers, and municipalities on land development and financial issues. Attorney Morneau has also represented businesses on management, formation and governance issues. In addition, he has represented individuals on wealth transfer matters such as probates, trusts, estates and wills.
Attorney Morneau was born in Berlin, New Hampshire on April 12, 1943. After high school, Roland attended Colby College where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree. In 1972, Roland earned his Juris Doctor Degree from Boston College Law School. Between graduating from Colby College and his attendance at Boston College Law School, Roland served in the Navy from 1965-1969 with the rank of Lieutenant.
He has served on various New Hampshire Bar Association committees, including, at this time, the Public Protection Fund. He also, from 1979 to 1985, served on the Londonderry, NH Planning Board, as well as on, at various times, the boards of various local charitable organizations.
