The Law Offices of Brian G. Germaine, P.A. was first established on July 11, 1995. The firm originated from the law firm formerly known as Korbey and Germaine, P.A. Attorney John A. Korbey left the firm in 1995 after being named as the Justice of the Salem District Court. After Attorney Korbey’s departure, Attorney Germaine continued the practice at 23 Birch Street. Attorney Germaine has been an attorney for over twenty years, and concentrates his practice in the areas of family law, business formation and transactions, real estate, planning and zoning, probate, wills trusts and estates and general civil litigation. In 2003, the firm merged with the firm of Grinnell and Bureau, Derry's oldest law firm. At that time, Attorney Roland Morneau and Attorney Edward Bureau became affiliated with the firm. Attorney Bureau and Attorney Morneau continue to practice in the areas of probate, real estate, wills and trusts and general civil and business matters. Attorney Bureau and Attorney Morneau are highly regarded as experienced and methodical practitioners. Attorney Donald Blaszka has been with the firm since 2008. Attorney Blaszka is a former prosecutor with the Rockingham County Attorney’s office. Attorney Blaszka concentrates his practice exclusively in the areas of criminal law, motor vehicle law and DWI. Attorney Blaszka is well known throughout New Hampshire as a knowledgeable and aggressive defense attorney. In October 2009, Karen Egonis joined the firm. Attorney Egonis comes to the firm from the New Hampshire Public Defender’s Office. Attorney Egonis is a highly regarded and skilled litigator with her practice focusing in the areas of criminal law, family law and general practice.
